Indian Premier League and Australia's Big Bash League are the top events in T20 cricket leagues. While IPL has revolutionized the format itself, in terms of viewership and engagement, BBL also scores a good rank. Hence, for many players, it is a dream come true moment if they have won both IPL and BBL.

Of course, having not played in BBL, Indian cricketers are not part of the list. The list contains mostly Aussies and a few players who participate across the globe. In IPL, Australian cricketers are rated highly, and almost every franchise has at least one player from the country.

1. Shane Watson

Shane Watson is one of the best T20 cricketers that the sport has seen. While he is a top-class batsman, Watson is also a useful bowler. Watson was an underrated fielder, as well. Naturally, he has won both IPL and BBL. While he won IPL with Rajasthan Royals and CSK, he won BBL as part of the Sydney franchise on a couple of occasions.

2. Dwayne Bravo

Dwayne Bravo is a traveller when it comes to global T20 leagues. The West Indian all-rounder has won trophies in IPL and BBL. In IPL, it has been with CSK while he won a BBL trophy back in 2011 with the Sydney Sixers. With few more years left in his career, Bravo could win more championships.

3. Moises Henriques

Moises Henriques is a veteran when it comes to the Big Bash League. He is one of the most successful players in the competition. In 2019 and 2020, he has Sydney Sixers to the championship. He was part of the SRH unit that won the trophy in 2016.

4. Mitchell Johnson

Mitchell Johnson won IPL as a Mumbai Indians cricketer. As part of the Brisbane Heat and Perth Scorchers unit, the left-arm pacer has won a BBL too. With regards to both trophies, Johnson had a significant contribution.

5. Michael Hussey

Michael Hussey was not a frequent feature in the Big Bash League. Yet, he won a trophy back in 2015 as a Sydney Thunder player. In IPL, the Aussie has won the tournament as a CSK player.

6. Nathan Coulter-Nile

Nathan Coulter-Nile was part of Perth Scorchers for a very long time. At one point in the BBL, the Perth squad was heavily dominant and was a serial trophy-winner. It was during that time when NCN won the BBL. Coming to the IPL, in 2020, NCN was part of the Mumbai Indians squad that won the tournament. He played a few games that season and had an impact through his performances.

7. Ben Cutting

Ben Cutting is a well-known name in the Australian T20 circuit. In 2012, he won a trophy as a Brisbane Heat cricketer. After his performances in BBL, Cutting earned an IPL contract. In 2016, he won his first-ever IPL with Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was also the Player of the Match in the final encounter.

8. Pat Cummins

Pat Cummins won an IPL Trophy when he was part of KKR. However, he did not have much to contribute on the field in that campaign. In BBL, the speedster has won in 2011 and 2015.
