2 former RCB players who got picked in MLC 2023 Draft

The first draft of Major League Cricket happened recently. It was a domestic draft but some of the international cricketers such as Aaron Finch, Wanindu Hasaranga, Anrich Nortje, Mitchell Marsh and Marcus Stoinis have signed up for the league. Four of the six teams in the tournament are owned by IPL Team owners. On that note, in this article, we take a look at two former RCB players who got picked in MLC 2023 Draft.

1) Corey Anderson - San Francisco Unicorns

Corey Anderson is one of the high-profile picks in MLC. He shifted base to the USA a few years ago and currently plays domestic cricket there. He played for RCB in 2018. It was a disappointing season as he could not leave an impact with the bat or the ball. However, for the San Francisco franchise, he will be the most important domestic cricketer. He will have to do the job both with the bat and the ball for the unit.

2) Milind Kumar - Texas Super Kings

Milind Kumar is one of the former RCB players who got picked in the MLC 2023 Draft. The former Delhi batter moved to the USA a few months ago. When he played for Sikkim, he was in good form and hence, he got picked by RCB. However, he did not get a chance and later had to be released. He would play for the Texas franchise, that would be partly owned by the owners of Chennai Super Kings. Milind will be a good asset for the team as he is a proven batter. It needs to be seen how he would perform for the squad.
