After Suryakumar Yadav's brilliant century, Rohit Sharma's 11-year-old tweet naming SKY as "player to watch out for" leaves fans in shock

Suryakumar Yadav is in the form of his life at the moment. And he has continued his form in the three-match T20I series against New Zealand as well. The 32-year-old smashed his second T20I century on Sunday in the second game against the Kiwis.

SKY made an unbeaten century to help India win the game. However, after his century, an 11-year-old tweet of the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is going viral, in which he predicted SKY would be a great asset for India in the future.

Speaking of the game, the 32-year-old scored a 49-ball century and made 111 not out off 51 balls, including 11 fours and 7 sixes. India made 191/6 in their 20 overs and dismissed New Zealand for 126 runs in 18.5 overs to win the game by 65 runs.

Rohit tweeted back then, in December 2011, "Just got done with BCCI awards here in chennai..some exciting cricketers coming up..Suryakumar yadav from Mumbai to watch out for in future!"

With that, SKY became the first Indian batter to score a T20I century in New Zealand. For his match-winning knock of 111 not out, he was adjudged the "Man of the Match," which was his 7th MOTM in this year. With that, he surpassed Virat Kohli, who won 6 MOTM in 2016.
