Pakistan captain Babar Azam gives a befitting reply to journalist who asked him to quit Test cricket

 

In the second match of the three-match Test series being played between Pakistan vs England, the visiting team won by 26 runs. By winning this match, the English team has achieved the feat of winning the Test series on Pakistan's soil after 22 years. 

Pakistan captain Babar Azam is facing criticism after two consecutive defeats at the hands of England on home soil. This time around, a video has gone viral on social media in which a Pakistani reporter is seen questioning Babar Azam about leaving Test cricket.

Actually, the captain of Pakistan team is facing questions after this match. After the match, many questions were asked in the press conference in front of Babar Azam. On one of these questions, the answer of the captain of the Pakistan team shut the reporter. The journalist told him, many fans say that him and Mohammad Rizwan should focus only on T20 format.

Babar interrupted the journalist on this and said, "so what do you want, to leave the Test?" On this the journalist said, "My question is what do you think about this." Babar replied, "Sir, we are not thinking anything like this."

England had given Pakistan a target of 355 runs in the fourth innings of the match to win. In their second innings, the Pakistani team made a steady start and added 66 runs for the first wicket. After this, Rizwan got out after scoring 30 runs. 

The team had high hopes from Pakistani captain Babar, who came to bat at number three, but he scored only one run. In the first innings, Babar played an important inning of 75 runs, but in the second innings, his bat remained silent. This is the reason why some fans of the team have got an opportunity to criticize him.
