Watch: Rilee Rossouw hit 5 sixes and one four in one over from Mattie McKiernan in 4th Quarter final of T20 Blast 2022

The T20 Blast 2022 is underway in England and the tournament has come to its business end. On Saturday, Somerset faced Derbyshire in the fourth quarter-final of the tournament at The Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton. And it was a one-sided affair that ended in the favour of Somerset.

After winning the toss, Derbyshire chose to bowl first, but it ended up as a horrible decision for them. Because Somerset had a brilliant start, they added 49, 101, and 56 runs for the first, second, and third wickets in just 5.1, 8.2, and 2.5 overs, respectively.

They ended their innings at a massive score of 265/5 in 20 overs. Tom Banton scored 73 off 41 balls. In the end, Lamnonby played a cameo of 31 off just 9 balls, and Ben Green came to hit two sixes and score 14 off just four balls.

But the real innings came from the bat of Rilee Rossouw. He missed a well-deserved century by just seven runs, but smashed 93 runs off just 36 balls, including eight fours and seven sixes. But the highlight of his innings came in 15 overs. Mattie McKiernan came out to bowl, but it turned out to be a nightmare for him.

Rossouw hit him all over the place and scored 35 runs in just one over. He hit five sixes and one four to make it one of the most expensive overs in T20 history.
