Aditi Hundia reacts after rumored boyfriend Ishan Kishan scores 173(94)

Ishan Kishan continued his sensational form in white-ball cricket with a spectacular performance in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Playing against Madhya Pradesh at the Holkar Stadium in Indore, Ishan Kishan scored 173 runs off just 94 deliveries to help Jharkhand post 422 runs on the board in the first innings. 

Ishan Kishan is the captain of the Jharkhand cricket team in the 2021 Vijay Hazare Trophy. Kishan lost the toss in the tournament opener against Madhya Pradesh. Still, the Jharkhand team got an opportunity to bat first on the flat deck at the Holkar Stadium. 

Utkarsh Singh, Ishan Kishan’s opening partner, got out when the team’s score was only 10. However, Ishan then turned the course of the game with his incredible hitting. Ishan hit 19 fours and 11 sixes in his 94-ball 173. It seemed like he would score a double century. Unfortunately, Gourav Yadav dismissed him in the 28th over.

When one considers the fact that Ishan Kishan had 22 overs remaining when he got out, one can only imagine Jharkhand’s total score had Kishan batted for 50 overs. Anukul Roy scored a fifty in the lower middle-order as Jharkhand finished with a score of 422/9 in their 50 overs.

Madhya Pradesh has lost five quick wickets against Jharkhand. Although they had the home advantage, it seems highly unlikely that the Madhya Pradesh cricket team would be able to record a win in their tournament opener. Meanwhile, Ishan Kishan has possibly increased his chances of getting a national call-up soon because BCCI is yet to name the Indian team for the ODIs against England.
