Hardik Pandya welcomes back Dinesh Karthik with a funny message

 

Well, the 5th Test match between England and India didn't happened in Manchester, but there is no lowes in cricketing action as the world's biggest cricket league, the Indian Premier League 2021 returns from 19th September.

The Indian Premier League's 2021 edition began on the 9th of April with a big match between the Mumbai Indians and the Royal Challengers Bangalore. However, the tournament had to be halted Midway through the tournament due to the a number of COVID-19 positive cases inside the IPL 2021 bio secure bubble.

Mumbai Indians all-rounder Hardik Pandya also took some times out to share a Instagram story in which he is seen talking with fellow Kolkata Knight Riders' wicketkeeper batsman Dinesh Karthik. "Seeing my joker after so long" added Hardik Pandya as caption in his story with some heart and laughing emojis.

Hardik Pandya and Dinesh Karthik will play for the Mumbai Indians and the Kolkata Knight Riders respectively in the Indian Premier League 2021 phase 2.

Hardik's Mumbai Indians and Dinesh Karthik's Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are ways apart in the IPL 2021 points table, where Mumbai Indians is positioned 4th in the points table while KKR is just 1 place above the last positioned Sunrisers Hyderabad, in 7th place after the end of the first phase of the IPL 2021.

IPL 2021 phase 2 will kick-off with a big blockbuster match between MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings and Rohit Sharma's Mumbai Indians on the 19th of September. The final of the IPL 2021 will be played on 15th October.
