RCB biggest fan ENG Women's Star Alexandra Hartley takes a dig at RCB for losing first two games in inaugural WPL

Royal Challengers Bangalore have been one of the most popular franchises in the Indian Premier League. RCB made their debut in the IPL in 2008, but their fan base has been immense. Their loyal fans have always followed this team, irrespective of the performances they have had over the years.

And in the inaugural Women's Premier League, RCB has also their own team. However, they haven't had the start that they would have liked. The RCB women have started the inaugural season with two back-to-back losses and are sitting in fifth place on the table.

The franchise picked up some of the biggest names in the women's cricket team at the auction. The likes of Smriti Mandhana, Sophie Devine, Ellyse Perry, Heather Knight, Richar Ghosh, Megan Schutt, and many more superstars, but they haven't come good in the inaugural WPL season.

In the first game, the RCB women lost to the Delhi Capitals women by 60 runs. They conceded 223/2 in the first inning and made 163/8 runs in reply. In their second game, RCB lost to the Mumbai Indians women by nine wickets. RCB made 155 runs and MI made 159/1 in just 14.2 overs.

As a result, RCB is finding it hard to get going on the ongoing WPL. However, it has certainly disappointed some of their fans. RCB has fans not just in India but across the globe. English women's superstar Alexandra Hartley is among the most devoted fans of the franchise.
