Watch: Rohan Mustafa's error on the field costs his team four runs

The 2021 edition of the T10 League is currently underway in Abu Dhabi. This is the fourth season of the tournament, and Team Abu Dhabi is the home franchise. Rohan Mustafa is a part of the Team Abu Dhabi squad in this competition.

The Super League of Abu Dhabi T10 season four has begun now. Team Abu Dhabi battled the Northern Warriors at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium. Nicholas Pooran’s team Northern Warriors won the toss and elected to field first.

Batting first in Abu Dhabi, the home franchise posted 123 runs on the board in ten overs. Paul Stirling got out for a golden duck, while veteran player Chris Gayle scored only two runs. Captain Luke Wright came to the home team’s rescue with a 15-ball 33.

Joe Clarke’s half-century and Ben Duckett’s 17-ball 31* ensured that the Northern Warriors received a 124-run target despite dismissing Team Abu Dhabi’s opening batsmen early.

In reply, Waseem Muhammad set the tone for the Warriors. The opening batsman smacked 76 runs off 34 deliveries, including seven fours and six sixes to guide his side to an 8-wicket win.

During the third over of this match’s second innings, there was a surprising moment which left the fans astonished. Jamie Overton bowled the over for Team Abu Dhabi. On the third ball, he bowled a full toss on the off-stump line and Waseem hit it towards the boundary rope.

Rohan Mustafa was standing at the boundary line. However, he was seemingly not wearing his jersey at that time. He was caught with his shirt and putting his shirt on at the boundary rope as the ball crossed the boundary line.

Since the match went down to the wire, this save could have been crucial. Nevertheless, such mistakes happen. A Twitter user shared the clip of this incident.
