WATCH: Shikhar Dhawan Joins Dhanashree Verma in Bhangra Style Dance
Dhanashree Verma, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal's wife, has made a name for herself with her dance steps. Her dance videos on social media are very often getting viral. The same is the case with her very recently uploaded video in which Dhanashree Verma is seen doing the Bhangra with Shikhar Dhawan, the Indian cricket team opener.
Shikhar Dhawan was in great form in the recently concluded One Day International (ODI) series against England.
Dhanashree's dance and expressions in the video look great. Dhanashree Verma shared the video on her Instagram account, which has so far grossed more than 1 lakh likes. At the same time, it has reached over 2 lakh likes on Shikhar Dhawan's account as of writing this.
She wrote in the post, "Bhangra in gabbar style... Setting Instagram reels on fire together, like I mentioned before, energy speaks."
The same video was posted by Shikhar Dhawan on his own Instagram account, "Hitting the dance floor with the super talented and fun @dhanashree9."
Fans of both have praised them and their dance moves. It is not the first time Dhanashree Verma is seen dancing with an Indian cricket team player; even before this, she has hit the dance floor with middle-order batsman Shreyas Iyer went viral and heaped a lot of praise.
Professionally Dhanashree Verma is a doctor, but she gained fame with her dance videos on social media. She married the Indian cricket team bowler Yuzvendra Chahal on 22nd December 2020.
Shikhar Dhawan and Yuzvendra Chahal will be seen the next time playing for their respective Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore, respectively. Both of the players have joined their respective teams after completing the ODI series against England.
Royal Challengers Bangalore will play their opening match of the IPL 2021 in the first match of the tournament against the defending champions Mumbai Indians, while Delhi Capitals will be in action on the very next day against MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings.
