Shane Warne passed away on Friday. The legend was just 52 years old and hence, it was a piece of shocking news for the fans of the game. After his demise, social media is brim with tributes for the second-highest wicket-taker in Test cricket. Popular commentator Harsha Bhogle also recalled a conversation with Warne. The topic of that conversation was Ravindra Jadeja.

Shane Warne passes away at the age of 52

On Friday, it was announced that Warne had passed away due to a suspected heart attack. He was in Thailand and was reportedly found unconscious in a villa. As per the report, he could not be revived later on.

Warne was a regular on TV and social media. In almost every big game that was happening, Warne was either there officially in the broadcasting team or he used to provide his opinions on social media. Hence, his passing away will be a great hole in the cricket fraternity.

Harsha Bhogle recalls a conversation with Warna about Ravindra Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja is one player who grew as a cricketer under the wings of Shane Warne. The Saurashtra cricketer was part of IPL in the initial years in Rajasthan Royals. It is here that he interacted with Warne and also developed his game. Warne, also, had great regard for Jaddu's skills. After Warne's passing away, Jaddu posted an emotional tweet to honour Warne. For many other young cricketers, the absence of a man like Warne, who could have encouraged them, will be a big loss. Warne had a lot more to give to society and the game. The hole that he has left will be very hard to fill.
