While popular names such as Shane Watson and Eoin Morgan will play in the tournament, the India Maharajas are also going to have a strong squad. Some of the cricketers who found massive success in IPL and for Team India will be part of the event. The line-ups are not complete but India already has a good playing XI based on confirmed cricketers.

Openers: Parthiv Patel and Virender Sehwag

Parthiv Patel and Virender Sehwag will the openers in India's likely playing XI for the Legends League Cricket season 2. Both the former openers retired from the game a long time ago. While Sehwag has been part of such tournaments, it will be a new experience for Parthiv. This combination will help India because while Sehwag can go from the first ball, Parthiv can be a good anchor. He also offers a left-hand option at the top. 

Middle-Order: S Badrinath and Naman Ojha (WK)

All-Rounders: Yusuf Pathan, Stuart Binny and Irfan Pathan
