Legends League Cricket 2022 to be played in India confirms the organizers
Good news for all the Indian cricket fans as the second edition of Legends League Cricket (LLC) will now be played in India instead of Oman the organizers of the tournament have confirmed this on 23 July. According to the organizers, this decision has been taken because there are many cricket lovers in India and they are eagerly waiting for it.
Let us tell you, the second edition of LLC is going to played from 20th September and besides India, legendary players from 9 other countries are also participating. However, the venues for this tournament are yet to be decided and the final decision will be taken soon.
Raman Raheja, CEO and Co-Founder of Legends League Cricket (LLC) said, “We are constantly receiving requests from fans to organize the tournament in India and we are very excited to bring the second season of LLC back home. We have maximum cricket fans in India."
The first edition of this tournament was the most watched in India, followed by Pakistan, then Sri Lanka and then the rest of the world.
Talking about the players, some of the best legendary players around the world have confirmed their participation in the tournament. Players from India including Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Joginder Sharma have said that they will definitely be playing in the tournament.
Apart from these, all the veteran players including veteran spinner Muttiah Muralitharan, Monty Panesar, Dale Steyn, Jacques Kallis, Denesh Ramdin, Lendl Simmons, Shane Watson, Eoin Morgan are ready to take the field once again.
There were reports that Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly could also be seen playing in this tournament but he himself has confirmed that he is not taking part in the upcoming tournament yet.
