England's superstar batsman Jos Buttler has credited Pakistan's Mushtaq Ahmed for his surreal form in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, where he has scored three centuries so far.

Rajasthan Royals' English star wicketkeeper batsman Jos Buttler has lit up the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 stage with his tremendous batting performance display in the competition so far.

Buttler is in currently purple patch as anything he does, turns into gold. The England batsman is leading the Rajasthan franchise from the front as a deputy to Sanju Samson.

Buttler currently holds in the Orange Cap for scoring the most runs so far in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. He has scored 491 runs from 7 matches, that is before the match against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on the 26th of April. He is in such a good form that he has scored 3 centuries in the IPL 2022 so far.

The Rajasthan batsman has credited former Pakistan cricketer Mushtaq Ahmed for his brilliant form. Jos Buttler was quoted by Cricket Pakistan as saying that it was Mushtaq Ahmed who told him to play in the off-side region first, and then in the leg-side region.

"Mushtaq Ahmed always told me to hit on the off-side first and then come around to the leg-side. If you are looking only on the leg-side, you will never hit the ball on the off-side," Buttler was quoted by Cricket Pakistan.
