The mega-clash between the two arch rivals is all set to start tomorrow at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Everyone is eagerly waiting to witness India and Pakistan face each other to open the campaign of the Asia Cup 2022.

One of the biggest Indian superstars, Virat Kohli, will make his comeback to the cricket field against Pakistan on Sunday. Virat, who was on a break after the England tour and didn't take part in the West Indies and Zimbabwe tours. He was going through a struggling time with the bat, so all eyes will be on the 33-year-old.

Many ex-cricketers and cricket pundits believe that an extended break will help the former Indian skipper to regain his form. Virat hasn't had any good performances in 2022 as he wasn't able to cross the 20-run mark on the England tour in six innings across formats.

In the Indian Premier League 2023, he scored only a single half-century in 16 innings. However, the 33-year-old is sweating hard at the nets ahead of the first game against Pakistan on Sunday, and it seems that he is enjoying his time at the nets and trying to play some unconventional and unorthodox shots.

On Friday, the 33-year-old was looking to smash the Indian spinners to sixes with some outrageous shots. He also hit a switch hit off Yuzvendra Chahal on a full toss ball. Both Virat and Chahal looked smiley after the shots.

Earlier, the likes of Shaheen Afridi and Shadab Khan backed the former Indian skipper ahead of the mega clash. In a video posted a few days back on social media, Virat was seen meeting Shaheen, and the pacer also wished for him to recover his form soon.
