How to watch Big Bash League BBL 2021-22 Live in India ?

The Australian equivalent to the Indian Premier League (IPL), the Big Bash League (BBL) is set to commmence from the 5th of December, Sunday.

The Big Bash League is the 2nd biggest T20 league in the world following the India's Indian Premier League (IPL). Many worldwide stars feature in the league.

This season's BBL will be the 11th edition of the competition. The competition has gained a quite a lot of popularity from around the world as the mighty Australians join forces with some top talents around the world, and produce some hard-hitting world class matches.

The Big Bash League (BBL) 2021-22 edition will kick-off with the last year's champions, the defending champions Sydney Sixers taking on Melbourne Stars in the opening fixture of the tournament.

A total of 61 matches will be played throughout the tournament, 56 league stage matches and then that will be followed by 5 playoffs matches.

Along with Sydney Sixers and Melbourne Stars, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Thunder, Brisbane Heat, Melbourne Renegades, Adelaide Strikers, Hobart Hurricane are the six other participants in this competition.

Perth Scorchers along with Sydney Sixers are the most successful team in the tournament, as they have won the competition 3 times each. Daniel Christian has scored the most run in the competition, while leg spin bowler Adam Zampa has managed the most wickets, 150.

With the increasing popularity of the T20 league in India, many are wondering where to watch the tournament live here in India, especially given that for the first time, an Indian is set to play in the competition. Former India Under 19 World Cup winning captain Unmukt Chand will feature for the Melbourne Renegades in this year's BBL.

Where to watch Big Bash League (BBL) Live in India ?

The Big Bash League 2021-22 edition will be available live on Sony Sports Network. Just like the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL), the BBL will be live on Sony Six, and is expected live on Sony Ten 1.
