"Sea you real soon"- Ravindra Jadeja shares a cryptic message with his fans to hint at his imminent return
India has been struggling with various injuries to its premier players. Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammed Shami, Rohit Sharma, and Deepak Chahar have all been struggling with injuries. Bumrah will be making his comeback in the upcoming ODI series against Sri Lanka starting on January 10.
Meanwhile, star all-rounder Jadeja, who suffered a knee injury during the Asia Cup 2022, has been out of action for almost six months now. However, the all-rounder has been on the road to recovery, and we might see him in action.
Jadeja has hinted at an early return to the team in a message to his fans. The all-rounder was also not part of the T20 World Cup. And India missed him badly in both multi-national tournaments that took place in 2022.
Jadeja has established himself as one of the best all-rounders in modern-day cricket and has become an integral part of the Indian side across all three formats. He is a consistent performer in the longest format, and his batting has improved drastically in the last few years.
He also became an important finisher when it came to the white-ball format, scoring valuable runs at the end. But he has been struggling with injuries over the last year, which have kept him out of action for a long period of time.
The all-rounder is expected to make his comeback in the all-important Border-Gavaskar series starting in February. Most recently, Jadeja took to Twitter to update his fans on his possible return to the game. He shared his picture with the caption, "Sea you real soon."

However, Axar Patel has been delivering for India in the absence of Jadeja across all formats. He showed brilliant form against Sri Lanka in the second T20I as well. Axar took 2/24 in his four overs and scored his first T20I fifty off just 20 balls. He made 65 off 31 balls, with three forus and six sixes, but India fell short by 16 runs.
