"MS Dhoni is inspiring but I really love Virat's company..."- Star English All-rounder on why he admires Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli needs no introduction to the game. He is among the top batters of the last decade and is respected across the globe. Many former and current cricketers love the way he goes about the game and carries himself with intensity on the field.

The veteran English all-rounder and the captain of the Sharjah Warriors in the ILT20 also praised the former Indian skipper. Moeen is leading the  Sharjah Warriors in the inaugural season of the ILT20, where they will open their campagin with a game against MI Emirates.

In an interview with Zee Network, the English all-rounder stated that he admires Virat for the way he conducts himself and that he has yet to meet anyone with the same personality as the former Indian captain.

Mooen said, "I really admire Virat Kohli. He is definitely the one, he is somebody else as a player. He is the one you want to play with, spend time with him. He is very unique, I've not met anybody else like him in terms of his personality. Cricket-wise there are so many great players, but as a person, I really love Virat's company. MS Dhoni is very inspiring."

Notably, Moeen was part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore from 2018 to 2020, and then he joined the four-time IPL champion Chennai Super Kings. He said that MS Dhoni is also inspiring. Moeen has been retained by CSK for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League, and he will be joined by star English all-rounder Ben Stokes.

CSK signed Stokes for a huge price of INR 16.25 crore at the IPL auction in 2023. Furthermore, Moeen asked the Indian fans to support Sharjah Warriors in the ILT20, as they are underdogs in the competition and don't have any big superstars on their team.
