David Warner writes a hilarious comment on Khaleel Ahmed's Instagram post
It has been a tough start to SRH's phase 2 of Indian Premier League 2021. Led by Kane Williamson, the Orange Army lost their first game against the Delhi Capitals franchise. It was a poor show from the batting department as all the Batsmen collapsed at the early stage.
David Warner also couldn't get the desired start as he lost his wicket at zero run after playing 3 deliveries. Abdul Samad emerged out as the highest run scorer from his side as he smashed 28 runs. It was an easy win for the Delhi army as they won the match by 8 wickets with 13 balls left.
Post that match, the SRH bowler Khaleel Ahmed took to his Instagram account and posted a photo. He wrote the caption as, "Win or loss, we are together." It was a group photo with Khaleel Ahmed giving the hug to skipper Kane Williamson.
However, David Warner posted a hilarious comment on that photo. The left arm batsman wrote, "You never touched me like this" along with adding two laughing emojis. You can watch that comment here:
David Warner isn't looking in good touch so far in IPL 2021.
The Orange Army is currently holding the last position on the points table. The franchise has only won a single game out of their quota of 8 matches. They will be playing their 2nd game of the phase 2 on 25th September against the Punjab Kings franchise.
It might be a crucial battle for David Warner as he will be hoping to get his old form back. If he couldn't get going, then it will be more tough for him to remain in the playing 11. It would be exciting to see how he approaches his upcoming matches as Jason Roy is also warming the bench waiting for his chance.
