After the win in the second test, Stokes lauded the 23-year-old and said that he is a rare all-format player. He said that Brook has the ability to score runs in all conditions against any opponent, just like Virat Kohli.

Stokes stated, "Brook is one of those rare players where you look across all formats and you can just see him being successful anywhere. Massive shout but Virat Kohli is one of those guys where his technique is just so simple it works everywhere."

Furthermore, the skipper was impressed with his team's visit to Pakistan and winning the series in different conditions. He concluded that it is very rare for an English team to dominate in Pakistan, but they have done it really well.
