Mrunal Thakur reveals she was madly in love with Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli has been the one such Indian cricketer who has been the dream guy for majority of the females. The way he carries himself and the amount of confidence that he has in himself is just outstanding. 

Many Bollywood celebrities have the crush on him. However, one more addition has been made to it. The Bollywood beauty Mrunal Thakur recently uncovered her love for the Indian captain. 

In an interview with a leading daily, Mrunal said, “There was a time when I was madly in love with Virat Kohli. I started liking cricket because of my brother who’s a big fan. I have fond memories of watching a match live at a stadium with him around five years ago. I remember I was wearing a blue jersey and cheering for team India. Cut to today, I am part of a cricket-based film like Jersey. It is such a happy coincidence.”

Mrunal is currently shooting for her upcoming film named Jersey.  

Mrunal described about how she started developing interest in cricket due to her brother. She has even witnessed the atmosphere of watching the cricket match live in a stadium. Currently, the female star is working hard on her upcoming cricket based film along with Shahid Kapoor as a co-star. The film is named as Jersey and basically is a remake version as the original one was released in Telegu. 

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have recently reached UAE for the upcoming phase 2 of IPL 2021. The Indian side has a very successful series in England and would be hoping to carry the same form. 

October 19 will kickstart the event of IPL with the first match being played between the rivals Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. It would be exciting to see which side lifts the IPL trophy this year. It would be a dream come true moment for RCB fans if Virat manages to lift his debut IPL title this season.
