MS Dhoni emotionally reacts to a super fan painting his house in CSK colors

The Chennai Super Kings have been the most consistent team in the Indian Premier League and the Champions League T20 history. However, for the first time in their IPL journey, the yellow Army has failed to secure a spot in the Top 4. The primary reason behind the team’s failure was the withdrawal of their two-star players, Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh. 

Raina's absence hurt CSK a lot because they could not find a proper batting lineup. Nevertheless, the fans have stayed loyal to their favorite franchise in these testing times. They have constantly supported the team, and recently, a CSK Superfan had gone viral on the internet for painting his house in the CSK colors. 

The images of his house went so viral that they also caught the attention of Thala Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The Chennai Super Kings uploaded a video on Twitter, where Dhoni gave his reaction to the CSK painted house. 

He stated that the house owner had to take a tough decision because the entire family needed to agree for it. Dhoni mentioned that it was not like a social media post that you can change it overnight. This decision showed the true love of a fan to his favorite team, and Dhoni was extremely pleased with this gesture.

Talking about MS Dhoni, earlier in the day, there was an update from the CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan that the Ranchi-based wicket-keeper batsman would continue as the team’s captain in IPL 2021 as well. CSK were not keen to replace him as their leader after just one bad season. However, many players might lose their spot in the squad because of their below-par performance in IPL 2020.
