Royal Challengers Bangalore should pick David Warner in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, Feels Brad Hogg

David Warner should play for RCB in IPL 2022 Brad Hogg

Former Aussie cricketer Brad Hogg believes that his fellow countrymen David Warner will be switching side to join Royals Challengers Bangalore for Indian Premier League 2022, as he very likely to be not retained by Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The left-hand batsman David Warner guided Australia to win the T20 World Cup 2021 Final over New Zealand by playing an instrumental inning of 53 runs, giving New Zealand no chance to put pressure on the Australian batsmen.

However, even though David Warner enjoyed an eventful T20 World Cup 2021, the story was completely different in the IPL 2021, where the batsman struggled to score runs, resulting in being stripped of the captaincy of Sunrisers Hyderabad, and then getting dropped out of the team.

However his performance in the T20 World Cup 2021 might make a lot of teams think of getting the Australian opening batsman onboard. And former Australian cricketer Brag Hogg believes that Royals Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will be the franchise who will get David Warner.

In a video on his YouTube channel, Brad Hogg added that RCB might be the perfect fit for David Warner given the condition in Bangalore and since they also need a new captain.

It must be noted that, Virat Kohli, who was the captain of the RCB team in IPL, has stepped down as the captain of the team to manage his workload, thus at the moment Royal Challengers Bangalore needs a captain for the next season.

While also talking about whether there is any chances that David Warner will be playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in IPL 2022, he said that he don't see Warner playing for SRH again, and asserted that there maybe some relationship problem between the management and David Warner.
