There was a incident where the former Indian cricketer, Ashish Nehra could be seen abusing the wicket-keeper, MS Dhoni. The video of the incident is going viral on the socialmedia. The left-arm pacer who have seen the video which is going viral on socialmedia, has said that he is not proud of his behaviour.

Ashish Nehra recalled the incident when India played the ODI series against Pakistan in 2005. It was the fourth game of the six-match ODI series between India and Pakistan at Ahmedabad in 2005. MS Dhoni, who was the new member to the Indian team, was at the receiving end along with Dravid. However, the wicket-keeper, MS Dhoni went on to become one of the best captains and wicket-keepers in the history of the game.

During the 4th over of Pakistan's innings, the opener of Pakistan team, Shahid Afridi edged the ball that went past the wicket-keeper Dhoni and the vice-captain Rahul Dravid who was standing at first-slip. Afridi smashed a six off Nehra just a before delivery. Nehra, who created a chance in the high-voltage game, has got angry on wicket-keeper.

"I distinctly remember that match in Visakhapatnam. It was the second ODI of that series. In a video that went viral, I am seen hurling abuses at MS after an edge off Shahid Afridi’s bat goes between Dhoni and Rahul Dravid at first slip.

"People assume it’s from the Vizag match, but that incident is from the fourth ODI in Ahmedabad. However, I must admit I am not proud of my behaviour," Nehra told Times of India.

"I had been hit for six by Afridi off just the previous ball. There was the usual pressure of an India-Pakistan match. Suddenly, I created a chance and it was missed.

Shahid Afridi went on to provide a brisky start to his team by scoring 40 runs from just 23 balls as Pakistan chased a target of 316 of the last ball of the game. Nehra, who created a chance to dismiss Afridi, went wicket-less by conceding 72 from just 9 overs. Inzamam-ul-Haq's Pakistan went on to win the six-match ODI series 4-2 against India.
