Yuzvendra Chahal wishes Alexandra Hartley and Virat Kohli on Twitter; deletes tweet later

Yuzvendra Chahal is one of the top leg-spin bowlers in the world right now. He has achieved much success in the white-ball formats. The Haryana-based bowler plays for the Indian cricket team and the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL.

Recently, Virat Kohli became a father and received best wishes from the top cricketing names across the world. Yuzvendra Chahal preferred to wish his Indian cricket team and Royal Challengers Bangalore captain on Twitter.

By mistake, Chahal replied to the wrong tweet. Along with men’s cricketers, even the female cricket stars congratulated Virat Kohli. One of them was Alexandra Hartley, who is a fan of the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise.

Hartley congratulated the Indian cricket team captain on Twitter and her reply received many likes. Yuzvendra Chahal, surprisingly, replied to Hartley’s tweet and congratulated Virat Kohli.

Soon, the fans screenshotted his tweet before he deleted. Yuzvendra Chahal then put out another tweet directly replying to Virat Kohli. Many fans posted the screenshot under the comments box of Chahal’s tweet.

Here is the screenshot.

Yuzvendra Chahal is currently playing for the Haryana cricket team in the 2021 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He played a match-winning role for his team in the game against Andhra. It will be interesting to see if Chahal could help Haryana win the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

Along with Chahal, the likes of Jayant Yadav and Rahul Tewatia are also a part of the Haryana squad in the tournament. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli is on a paternal leave. The right-handed batsman will likely join the Indian cricket team for the home series against England.

The Indian cricket team is currently playing a Test series against Australia Down Under. After a draw in Sydney, the 4-match series stands level at 1-1, and the winner of the Brisbane Test will take the Border-Gavaskar Trophy home.
