PKL 2021: Patna Pirates Full Squad after Pro Kabaddi League Auction

Patna Pirates, the most successful franchise in the history of the Pro Kabaddi League since inception, having won the title thrice, have built a formidable squad going into the 8th iteration of the Pro Kabaddi League.

The 8th season of the VIVO Pro Kabaddi League is reportedly gonna be held in 2021, but before that, all the teams had the chance to improve their weakness by adding improvement through the player auction.

Patna Pirates, who have won the Pro Kabaddi League 3 times, have done well and have built a team that can challenge for the title. But even in all these, there is a piece of sad news for all the Patna Pirates fans as their star raider Pardeep Narwal is no more a Patna Pirates player.

The UP Yoddha snapped up Pardeep Narwal for bank-breaking record 1.65 crore INR after an intense battle between Patna Pirates and other franchises. But, Patna Pirates have managed to retain the overseas star player Jang Kun Lee through the FBM (Final Bid Match) card for 20.5 Lakh INR.

They also managed to snap up a known name in the Pro Kabaddi League Monu Goyat for just his base price of 20 Lakh INR. Raider Prashant Kumar Rai has been bought in by the Patna Pirates.

Who is the most expensive player bought by Patna Pirates in Pro Kabaddi League 2021 ?

Former Gujarat Giant and India international raider Sachin Tanwar is the most expensive buy by the Patna Pirates in this year's PKL Player Auction.

Sachin Tanwar made his debut in season 5 with the Gujarat-based team and was the 10th most successful raider in his debut season itself by scoring 159 raid points. He has so far played 63 matches in which he has scored 462 total points (433 raid points).
