The Pro Kabaddi League auction is going on in its full swing, with money flowing all around as the teams are not hesitating to spend crores of money for the player they want.

And one of the most important names to have played in the Pro Kabaddi League is raider Rahul Chaudhari, who was available for the auction this season has been swooped by the Puneri Paltan for a bargain deal of only 40 lakh.

Rahul Chaudhari got the number first as he appeared before Pardeep Narwal (sold to U.P Yoddha for record-breaking 1.65 crores), franchises like his former team Telugu Titans and Jaipur Pink Panthers were all after the raider, but at the end, Puneri Paltan swoops him for just 40 lakh and surprisingly, Tamil Thalaivas, who had the FBM available, didn't exercise the option.

The fans were a little surprised that Rahul Chaudhari goes for so cheap in the auction. Rahul also has let out his feeling after joining the Puneri Paltan through his social media, "New season, new team. Very grateful to have been chosen by the Puneri Paltans in PKL season 8.
