Pro Kabaddi League 2022 Best Raider, Best Defender: Most Raid Points, Most Tackle Points (Updated) as on Dec 31
The Pro Kabaddi League 2022 continued in Bengaluru on the final night of the year 2022. There were two matches that happened on December 31, 2021 at the Grand Sheraton Whitefield.
The first match of the night featured two teams that have never reached the Pro Kabaddi League final - Tamil Thalaivas and Puneri Paltan. Both teams were desperate for a victory, and it was the team from Chennai that emerged victorious against the Vishal Bhardwaj-led outfit.
Match number two featured three-time PKL winners Patna Pirates and the defending champions of the competition Bengal Warriors. Interestingly, Bengal played this match without their Iranian all-rounder Mohammed Esmaeil Nabibakhsh. His absence hurt them a lot as Patna recorded a convincing win.
After the two matches that happened yesterday, there were some changes on the individual leaderboards. Here’s a look at the updated Most Raid Points and Most Tackle Points lists of the Pro Kabaddi League 2022.
Most Tackle Points in Pro Kabaddi League 2022
The defender with the most tackle points in PKL 8 as of now is Haryana Steelers’ Jaideep. He has scored 15 tackle points for his team so far. His teammate Surender Nada is right behind him with 14 tackle points, while Patna Pirates’ Iranian left corner Mohammadreza Chiyaneh is third with 14 tackle points as well.
Most Raid Points in Pro Kabaddi League 2022
The number one raider at the end of 2021 is Naveen Kumar from Dabang Delhi KC with 66 raid points from just four matches. Bengal Warriors captain Maninder Singh touched the 60-raid points mark in Pro Kabaddi League 2022 yesterday against the Patna Pirates.
The other raiders who are present in the Top 5 are Pawan Kumar Sehrawat from Bengaluru Bulls, Arjun Deshwal from the Jaipur Pink Panthers and Rakesh Narwal from the Gujarat Giants team.
