Kochi Tuskers Kerala are the only franchise to have represented the state of Kerala in the Indian Premier League history. Former Sri Lankan skipper and current Mumbai Indians head coach Mahela Jayawardene captained the team. Some big names of Indian cricket like VVS Laxman, RP Singh, Ramesh Powar and Sreesanth played for the Kochi Tuskers Kerala.

Not many fans might remember that the following seven CSK stars were also a part of the Kochi Tuskers Kerala team in the year 2011. Here's the full list:

1. Only Australian player to be a part of CSK and Kochi Tuskers Kerala - John Hastings

Former Chennai Super Kings pacer John Hastings was a member of the KTK squad in the year 2011. While Hastings played for CSK in a match, he never got to play for KTK.

2. Ravindra Jadeja

Touted by many as one of the best players in the Chennai Super Kings history, Ravindra Jadeja played one season for the Kerala-based franchise before joining CSK. The southpaw was an important part of KTK as he played 14 matches, scoring 283 runs and scalping eight wickets.

3. Kedar Jadhav

Former Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Kedar Jadhav was a part of the KTK squad as well. Jadhav represented the Kochi Tuskers in six matches, where he scored 18 runs at an average of 6.

4. Only Kiwi player to be a part of CSK and Kochi Tuskers Kerala - Brendon McCullum

Former New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum is the only one from his country who can say he has played for both CSK and KTK in IPL. McCullum was the highest run-getter for KTK, with 357 runs in 13 innings.

5. Muttiah Muralitharan

Former Sri Lankan spinner Muttiah Muralitharan started his Indian Premier League career with Chennai Super Kings in 2008 but moved to KTK in 2011. Muralitharan played only five games for Kochi, scalping two wickets.

6. Thisara Perera

Another former Sri Lankan star to feature on this list is Thisara Perera. The former Sri Lankan captain won the IPL title with CSK in 2010 but switched to KTK in 2011.

7. One of the players to captain Kochi Tuskers Kerala - Parthiv Patel

Former Indian wicket-keeper Parthiv Patel made his IPL captaincy debut for KTK in 2011. Before that, he had played three seasons for Chennai.
