Deepika Padukone's 11-year-old tweet goes viral after RCB got all out for 92 vs KKR

It's a tough start for Royal Challengers Banglore to their phase 2 journey of IPL 2021. The Bold Army went on to lose their first game yesterday against the Kolkata Knight Riders. After winning the toss, Virat Kohli decided to bat first, which backfired towards his side.

Donning blue Jersey, RCB lost wickets at regular intervals with no batter holding the crease. Devdutt Padikkal looked in good touch at the early stage but couldn't continue towards the later end. The side eventually lost all the wickets and posted 92 runs for the KKR batting department.

Varun Chakravarthy and Andre Russell emerged out as the top bowlers, with both getting three wickets each. It was an easy task for KKR as they won the match with nine wickets remaining. The debutant Venkatesh Iyer and Shubman Gill had a great opening partnership which took the game away from the Bold Army. 

Fans have once again started to troll the Bangalore franchise after posting a low total on the board. However, an old tweet of the Bollywood Queen Deepika Padukone has also gone viral post yesterday's match. The tweet was originally tweeted on 18th March 2010. The tweet showcased that it was not against the RCB side but was favoring them. 

Deepika's positive old tweet about RCB went viral last night

The tweet stated that, "92!!is that even a score!?way to go RCB!with u guys all the way...watching every second of it live!". RCB vs. RR was the match which Deepika was referring too. RCB quickly chased the target of 93 runs with the loss of zero wickets during that match.

RCB is currently at the third position on the points table with five wins out of eight matches. It would be exciting to see how the sides come up in their next battle.
