Dwayne Bravo shuts down a fan on Instagram who tried to troll him
West Indian all-rounder, Dwayne Bravo, would have been playing for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2020 right now had the Coronavirus pandemic not taken over the world. The entire planet is locked down inside the home as there is a huge question mark over the future of cricket.
Australia and New Zealand tried to play matches in empty stadiums. However, soon, they decided to postpone the tour. There was a proposal to play IPL 2020 behind closed doors but because of the visa issues, the proposal was not accepted.
The cricketers are spending some quality time with their families as they always used to be on the road. Many Indian stars have appeared on Instagram live sessions while the top cricket-based sites are running polls to engage their audience.
ESPNCricinfo recently ran a poll on Instagram where the firm asked its followers to pick the best player from IPL history. They had given two options – Sunrisers Hyderabad’s captain, David Warner and the Champion from Chennai, Dwayne Bravo.
A fan tried to pull Bravo’s leg on Instagram by saying that Warner has won 3 Orange Caps in his IPL. There is no way anyone could compare with a man who had a ‘shi*ty’ career.
Since the comment received many likes, the Caribbean superstar chose to give a fitting response to the fan. Here’s what Bravo wrote:
“This shi*ty Bravo have 3 CPL, 2 WC, 2 IPL, 1 CL, 1 PSL, BBL and BPL and I can go on an on!!”
He listed the achievements of his T20 career to shut the fan’s mouth. Bravo is a T20 star who has won 2 T20 World Cups and 2 IPL trophies. Thus, it was the fan’s mistake to make a silly comment about the Champion and Bravo silenced him in the manner he should have been.
