Rohit Sharma's 9-Year-Old Tweet About Suryakumar Yadav is Viral Now, Here's Why

Mumbai Indians batsman Suryakumar Yadav has created a lot of buzz after playing unbeaten innings of 79 against Royal Challengers Bangalore in an IPL 2020 match. 

The story is, the Indian team for the tour of Australia was announced by the BCCI in recent days, but Suryakumar Yadav was not named in the team in any of the formats, even after performing consistently in the domestic circuit and in the IPL.

Suryakumar is extremely frustrated by this and many former greats of the game and experts are raising voices for him. Even the fans are also not happy with the selection committee's decision and are raising voice in support of Suryakumar Yadav. 

Viewers have just seen Suryakumar Yadav's ability and potential in the IPL 2020, but Rohit Sharma, the vice-captain of the Indian team, predicted his potential ability back in 2011 when he himself was not an India international regular at that time. 

Actually what happened is, back in 2011 Rohit Sharma posted a tweet about the Mumbai born cricket after the BCCI Awards event in Chennai. 

Rohit wrote in his tweet "Just got done with BCCI awards here in Chennai, some exciting cricketers coming up, Suryakumar Yadav from Mumbai to watch out for in future!"

Suryakumar Yadav has played 12 matches so far in IPL 2020 in which he has scored 362 runs with the help of 3 fifties at an average of over 40. His strike rate during this glorious time is over 155.

Suryakumar Yadav has been showing his talent from the days he was playing for Kolkata Knight Riders, but his role at that franchise was of a finisher, but since he moved Mumbai Indian's set up he is playing up the order and he is using full advantage of that.
