Watch: A fan jumps the barricade and starts walking alongside Seth Rollins

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a nasty impact on WWE as Vince McMahon’s company has been forced to conduct the weekly shows without a live audience. They even conducted WrestleMania 36 with no fans this year. Still, creativity has helped WWE attract fans to its product during these testing times.

However, in this article, we will look back at one of those incidents, where Monday night RAW was happening on Labor Day in front of a packed house. Seth Rollins was the MVP of RAW as he held the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

While making his entrance for the main event match, Rollins received a major surprise as one of the members of the WWE Universe managed to climb the barricade and join Rollins on the ramp. He mimicked the way Rollins was walking, leaving the WWE Universe absolutely stunned. In a video shared by one of the fans who attended that event, the viewers can clearly witness that the bodyguards of WWE and match referees tried to move him out of the ringside area.

While fans have often intervened like this, it has rarely happened on Monday night RAW. WWE is known to have a pretty strict security team that does not allow any fans to cross the limits. However, this seemed to be a Labor Day exception as can be seen in the following video.

Seth Rollins has come a long way in WWE since that night. The Architect of the Shield is now a 2-time Universal Champion, who is portraying the gimmick of the ‘Monday Night Messiah.’ A majority of the fans dislike the gimmick, but that is what the heel avatar of Rollins is supposed to do. The fans of Rollins are waiting for him to turn face again and turn RAW into Monday night RAWLinns.
