Will Roman Reigns return at WWE SummerSlam 2020? Here’s the answer.
Roman Reigns is one of the most famous Superstars in WWE. The Big Dog is a former Universal Champion, a multi-time WWE Champion, a United States Champion, a former Intercontinental titleholder, and also a former WWE Tag Team Champion.
He was set to challenge Goldberg at WrestleMania 36 before the Coronavirus pandemic hit the world. Reigns had earlier defeated Leukemia in his life, and this time, he did not want to put his health at risk. Hence, he decided to pull out of the event at the last moment. WWE replaced him with Braun Strowman and made him the new Universal Champion.

Almost four months have passed since the WWE fans saw Roman Reigns in WWE. They had received a glimpse of him during Jeff Jarrett’s podcast during RAW recently. However, he has not wrestled a match for a long, long time.
Reigns was speculated to be back in time for WWE SummerSlam 2020 when WWE planned to conduct the event in front of a packed house in Boston. Unfortunately, the coronavirus situation has not improved yet, which forced WWE to move the event out of Boston and conduct it at the WWE Performance Center.
This development has disappointed a lot of fans, but WWE is trying its best to entertain the fans. Speaking of Reigns’ return, the chances that he comes back to WWE after SummerSlam are negligible because he has indicated clearly that until the situation normalizes, he will not come back.
There has been no update on the vaccine of COVID-19, which means that The Big Dog will 99% stay out of The Biggest Party of Summer this year. This is heartbreaking news for the fans because everyone was looking forward to his return, but it seems like Reigns will only return in the final quarter of 2020.
