Ever since the rise of All Elite Wrestling (AEW), the dissatisfied WWE Superstars have become bold enough to raise an objection over their booking and even quit the company. Jon Moxley, Cody Rhodes, and Chris Jericho initiated this revolution with the backing of Tony Khan. 

Recently, the Superstars like Mike Kanellis, EC3, Eric Young, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, and several others were released by WWE because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Most of them have signed with rival companies.

It seems like another WWE RAW Superstar will likely join them soon as Sportskeeda.com is speculating that Ricochet could head to AEW soon. The sources are basing the recent comments from Chris Jericho about The One and Only for their speculation. 

Former AEW Champion Chris Jericho recently said that he would love to work with Ricochet and Roman Reigns in Tony Khan’s company. Paul Heyman was extremely high on Ricochet when he was in charge of WWE RAW. That was one of the reasons behind his Universal Championship match against Brock Lesnar in Saudi Arabia. 

However, since Paul Heyman left, Ricochet has become a jobber. He teams up with another high-flying Superstar Cedric Alexander. The two Superstars have failed to gain momentum on RAW, which is why the speculation is rife that Ricochet might leave WWE and sign a deal with AEW. 

WWE RAW’s viewership has suffered a lot in the COVID-19 era. The absence of a full live audience and the low budget shows of the Performance Center have undone all the good work done by Vince McMahon and the other WWE Superstars. It will be intriguing to see if the company can take the ratings up in the SummerSlam season. As per reports, SummerSlam 2020 will likely happen at a beach or on a boat.
